Background
I've been teaching the game about 30 years to all kinds of people from beginners to tour professionals and from juniors to seniors. In my home country we got a long winter period and indoor teaching is really important and popular. First 15 years I did it the traditional way, people hitting balls into the net and I tried to help them to do it better. Every spring they made some progress, but I wasn't really satisfied for the results. I felt something was missing and that there had to be a better way.
Biggest part of my learning process was the 4DSwing project. 4DSwing gave us the opportunity to study movements of the human body during the swing. The project itself wasn't a success but it gave something much more valuable. Information. And if it hadn't been for that one thunderstorm I never would have had the opportunity for the meeting that changed the way I look at the golf swing.
I continued to work with 4DSwing but my interest changed from positions and locations to forces and human body movements. And after all of this I realized that golf swing is about few key movements and reacting to the mass of the club.
But I still had a problem. How to transfer that information to the people and find the right way to teach what has to happen. Then at one moment it hit me. The problems were the ball and the club! Human brain handles golf swing as a chain reaction and all the movements are linked together. So as long as we keep hitting balls, all habits are very strong by that reaction chain. I understood that lower body action, that I see main problem for majority, can't be learned that well by hitting balls. We have to train isolated movements to make our body and brain to accept, learn and finally automize those movements. After I realized that, I still had a problem. How to teach that the most logical way for our neuromuscular system to learn it? That was the beginning of my module training system.
I don't offer you tips, nor fast results, but efficient system to create ever lasting results and increasing understanding. I will explain what you should do, you shouldn't do and most importantly WHY. With this system you will learn to build up physical abilities and movements that are important in a golf swing.
I've been asked many times if I could bring an online program to those who are too far to participate in the original live program. And now I think is the perfect time to bring you Module Training Online.
The program that I will release now is the first years module training program. With this program I will show you the basic movements and every month you will get a new batch of movements to practice. This program will guide you through 7 months of training step by step with new training moves releasing first day of each month! And the best part is
You don't have to leave your home to do these! Some do these moves 10 minutes per day, some one hour, and some thrice a week. And they all get better. You decide how big is your own improvement by how often and how much you practice. Best way to do these exercises are often, even in short periods. This gives you the best result and you will see your game and understanding improving quickly.
